Hostel Felsach
Throughout the generations, the Valentin family has kept the tradition going and will be delighted to host you in its authentic farm. As well as the dormitory-style sleeping arrangements, you may taste a traditional “marcaire” meal, hotpot or choucroute to order. The dining room seats 60 guests. You will also find numerous farm products on sale, such as: Munster, Gruyere, butter and country bacon.
Access by road: via the Thur Valley to Kruth (D13B). Take a left turn towards Oderen Pass and half a mile after the Pass take a right turn into the forest route leading to the farm inn, following the signs. (2 miles) On foot: A 2 hour’s walk from the Kruth-Wildenstein Dam, 2 hours from Frenz and 3 hours from Oderen.
